WELCOME TO

Chief Psychiatrist

Dr. Arthur Crenshaw

He is obsessed with proving that no one is truly sane. Every patient who enters Sunnybrook becomes part of his research, and few leave the way they came in. He decides who is treated, who is tested, and who is sent below.

Violent Inmates

They lash out first and ask questions never. You will feel them in the dark before you see them.

Unstable Nurses

They wear white. They smile. They are not here to help you.

Failed Experiments

The victims of Dr. Crenshaw’s twisted treatments did not survive whole. What is left of them still wanders the halls.

No One Is Safe

Someone from every group is taken.
No one knows who. No one knows why.

FAQ

How much are tickets?
  • Soft Opening (October 9 and 10, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $17.50 per person
  • Regular Hours (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $22.50 per person
  • Late Night Experience (10:00 PM – Midnight): $30 per person
  • After Midnight (12:00 AM – 1:00 AM): $40 per person
  • Kids Afternoon (October 18 and 25, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM): $10 per person, children 2 and under are free
  • Front of the line available on site only

Tickets are valid only for the specific date purchased. For example, if you buy a ticket for October 29th, it can only be used on October 29th, not on any other night.

How long does the experience take?

The entire experience averages about 30 minutes from the time you arrive until you leave. Some groups may move through faster, while others take a little longer.

Will there be tour guides?

No. There are no tour guides this year. Instead, there will be psychological testing inside your group. It is for entertainment purposes only.

How big are the groups?
  • Groups are always 8 people. The attraction is designed for 8 at a time and cannot accommodate more.
  • You do not need to purchase 8 tickets. If your party is smaller than 8, other guests will be added to fill the group. For example, a party of 6 will be joined by a party of 2.
Are the actors allowed to touch the guests?

No. Actors will not touch guests, and guests are not allowed to touch the actors.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Partially. Some areas, including stairs, cannot accommodate wheelchairs, and the wheelchair-accessible portion is shorter this year than in previous years. Our staff will assist with bypassing the sections that are not accessible.

Will there be strobe lights, fog, or loud noises?

There will be fog, special lighting, confined spaces, and sudden loud effects. Strobe lights will be minimal, if used at all.

Will there be lineups?

Yes. Lineups are expected. The earlier you arrive, the shorter your wait will be.

Can you buy tickets at the door or online?

Both options are available. We recommend purchasing tickets online to guarantee your spot. If online sales for a night sell out, walk-up sales may not be available. The fundraiser nights on October 14 and 19 are walk-up only and are not sold online.

What time should guests arrive for their time slot?

Tickets are sold by arrival window, for example 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM or 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Arrive any time within the window you purchased. It is an arrival window, not an appointment, and admission within your window is first come, first served.

Is there a way to skip the line?

Yes. A Skip the Line Pass is available for an additional $20 per person, but it can only be purchased on location. Skip the Line passes are not available online.

What happens if we get too scared once we’re inside?

If at any point you feel too scared to continue, our staff will escort you safely out of the attraction. However, there are no refunds for leaving early.

Final note
Remember, this experience is meant to be spooky fun, not extreme horror!
